Valero St. Charles Alklylation Unit - Engineering Manager for the Valero St. Charles Alkylation Unit. Managed the engineering effort from FEL-2 through turnover for the first North American installation of a Lummus CDAlky unit.Coker Revamp - Project engineer for a coker revamp project to increase the throughput capacity and increase reliability of the unit. Led the FEL-3 engineering and estimating effort. Identified numerous cost savings ideas to drive the cost of the project down while maintaining the original design basis. Worked directly with client stakeholders to effectively scope the project and drive efficiencies into the design process.Methanol Removal - Project engineer for a water wash and methanol stripper unit treating bbl/day of Y-Grade feed at an NGL fractionation facility. Managed & coordinated the engineering, procurement, and construction teams throughout concept selection, scope development, and completion of the definitive estimate. Led the effort to identify and implement over $8MM in cost savings.Depropanizer - Project engineer during the FEL-2 & FEL-3 phases of a depropanizer system expansion for a NGL fractionation facility. Managed the engineering team and interfaced with procurement and construction during the front-end work for the project. Interfaced with client and coordinated with plant operations for design reviews and early construction activities. Led the definitive estimate effort and early construction subcontract development.
