Responsible for hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance evaluation and dealing with conflicts and issues, productivity, and sort planning. • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hub (Inbound/ Outbound)• Responsible for managing and assigning employees to ensure the efficient sortation of packages through the facility, including the movement, tracking and administration of trailers (Powered Truck /Switcher / Tugger Certified)• Analyzes operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others. • Responsible for the improvement of key metrics and providing attainable action plans to achieve better results. • Educates hub staff, including other management employees, to ensure compliance with all FXG policies/procedures and safety protocols.• Lead daily sort meetings to ensure workforce communication and understanding of operational updates and daily goals. • Participates in the development of and responsible for administering company employee relations strategies, including maintaining the confidentiality of such material and matters. • Investigates, resolves and/or escalates customer service issues, as appropriate. • Responsible for training new employees regarding job duties and performance expectations (Onboarding and Orientation Certified)• Responsible for staff retention and staffing for peak season.• Responsible for the full Weekend Sort and Weekend Metrics• Responsible for QA Coordinator duties as well as QA Admin duties• Responsible for the movement, tracking and closures of all trailers as well as coordinator with our Linehaul Coordinators• Responsible for being the liaison with our CSP’s, addressing performance issues as well as operating issues – having business discussions. • Completed the required Ops Manager training, plus P&D training. • First Aid Certified until 2025• HRM Certified New PH Orientation Facilitator
