I would highly recommend him.” I am a Partner in the Employment team at Doyle Clayton.I have significant experience dealing with a wide range of both contentious and non contentious employment issues. This ranges from day to day HR enquiries to a wide variety of SME\'s, national and multi-national clients as well as advising on the employment aspects that arise as a result of the sale or acquisition of businesses.I have a particular interest in advising commercial clients on the requirements and effect of TUPE where there is a business sale or service provision change with the aim of finding strategic solutions to the particular issues that TUPE can create.I also have extensive experience of advising employers and employees engaged in employment tribunal proceedings and proactively manage matters with a firm focus on the commercial objectives of the client. I have regularly presented at events covering all aspects of employment. I am also experienced in devising and presenting training sessions on a host of topics from avoiding the pitfalls of recruitment to managing dismissals and everything in between.Finally, I am recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 directories for my employment expertise.
