Commissioners are appointed by HM The Queen, on the advice of the Welsh Assembly Government and the Secretary of State for Wales. I contribute to the executive oversight of the Royal Commission’s work and offer expert guidance and support to staff particularly in development of digital heritage strategy. The role involves formal attendance at committee meetings and in plenary sessions but also the provision of informal support to staff year-round.
