AT & T business leader in Washington, D.C. office responsible for cybersecurity and emerging technology policy on the Federal, state and international levels. Extensive experience developing and implementing strategies and advising AT & T executives on complex public policy issues. Work closely with AT & T\'s Network Chief Technology Office and Cyber Security Office on a range of policy issues. Manage AT & T’s relationship with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as part of the critical infrastructure protection process with the U.S. government. Engage with multiple other agencies and Capitol Hill on security and emerging technology matters. Diverse experience including government affairs, public policy, network planning and engineering, product marketing and network operations. Serve in a leadership capacity in several external organizations- Board member at the Alliance for Critical Infrastructure (ACI)- Founder of the Open RAN Policy Coalition (ORPC)- Appointed to consecutive 4-year terms and Chair of the NIST Information Security and Privacy Advisory Board (ISPAB)- AT & T point of contact with the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Council (NSTAC)- Former vice chair of the Communications Sector Coordinating Council (CSCC)- Former President of the Board of Directors of the National Cybersecurity Alliance - Former co-chair critical infrastructure sub-committee at the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA)- Guest lecturer with Carnegie Mellon Center for Executive Education Technologies Program Extensive public speaking experience.
