Growing up as an army kid, shifting cities & joining new school frequently, it comes to me innately to break down any activity into small targets to plan and execute it effectively.Today I break down large managerial objectives into smaller effective steps in order to achieve the end desired state.My primary roles have been around process re-engineering & transformation management. My work involves performing RCA on all exceptions to rectify them & implementing lean initiatives to streamline the process. Currently am with Business Transformation Office of Firstsource Solutions Limited, Identifying and implementing transformation to the client’s business model by being responsible for various programs & initiatives.My experience has given me opportunities to hone my consulting and project management skills & have been described by my stakeholders as the “person who asks the right questions”, “the one who can be depended upon”,\"the first one to challenge existing process to improve it\", etc.I believe in having challenging targets. This trait of mine requires me to be always on the edge & multitask. I have been appreciated many times by my stakeholders, for maintaining a clear though of view and organizing myself accordingly, and delivering high quality of work, even though I may be involved in many activities at the same time.I also follow the concept of failing early in order to recognize the correct path for success, which has helped me in keeping all my stakeholders in the same page, for which I have received multiple accolades.
