ABOUT CHRISTOPHER BARNER
Christopher Barner is a Managing Director at NorthWind Partners, where he leads senior-level executive search and talent-advisory engagements across the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services, IT, Healthcare, Industrials, and Technology sectors. As the firm’s Head of Delivery, Christopher oversees the training, development, and performance management of the consulting team. He plays a central role in shaping NorthWind’s search methodology, quality standards, and delivery discipline. He partners with practice leaders, boards, and private equity sponsors to design and execute leadership strategies aligned with long-term value creation.Christopher has executed searches across the full leadership spectrum, from Board Directors and C-suite executives to Vice Presidents and Director-level leaders across mission-critical functions. His work includes CEO, President, COO, CFO, and Chief Growth Officer engagements, as well as senior leaders in technology, engineering, operations, product, corporate development, program management, and other functional disciplines.
