I have been involved in management of IP in China, including advising on IP portfolios, enforcement, litigation, license compliance and IP commercialisation for 28 years. I have now moved to a new position in London as Head of UK and EU Enforcement, using my experience in Asia to manage cross-regional cases.I manage programs for assertion and enforcement of IP, especially brand protection in the online and offline domains, software and patent license compliance, criminal and civil litigation. I am co-creator of our litigation database CIELA of over Chinese IP decisions which provides strategic insights to clients. Apart from China, I have managed enforcement cases across SE Asia, and lived and worked in Thailand for several years.
