Provide global leadership for the iOS Lightroom mobile team, creating a unified and cohesive approach that has expanded trust, loyalty, and high performance. Notable deliverables include innovative editing and collaboration tools that are leading the digital imaging industry and have contributed to Lightroom being one of the fastest growing products in the company.I have also established three new cross functional teams within the Lightroom ecosystem including Growth, Video, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). These highly specialized teams are providing tools for a more robust and intuitive user experience and work natively across all five platforms — iOS, MacOS, Android, Windows, and Linux/Web. I am proud of what has been accomplished in a relatively short time, including- Pioneering a collaboration model with the Growth team that is now being replicated in other teams at Adobe- Nurturing an engineering culture that is innovative and creative while being globally dispersed, and- Transitioning all teams to an agile workflow by providing scrum training and mentoring.
