A day often begins with movement and stretching exercises followed by production and safety meetings. After inspecting forklifts, orders are pulled, prepared, and staged for shipping. During the day customers must be greeted and assisted in parking vehicles and trailers in an orderly fashion in the loading/unloading areas. After greeting and securing customer vehicles, they are either loaded or unloaded depending on need. When not fulfilling orders efforts are spent managing assigned sections. I am responsible for ensuring that any metal planks are free of materials and are free of damage. After processing metal planks they are stacked into bundles and placed on the ready-to-rent line. While fulfilling duties collateral duties may include customer dispute resolution, training new personnel, assisting outside vendors, or assisting team members.
