Lead a team of four salary and ~20 hourly employees to ensure production can safely satisfy the needs of our customers. Annually establish a facility vision and set of goals and coordinate with all teams to move towards those goals.+ Develop employees for professional & personal growth to improve team effectiveness, employee retention, and site culture.+ Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost-reduction initiatives.+ Establish targets for KPIs and work with teams to achieve success. Includes: safety results, first pass yield, cycle time, equipment utilization, maintenance downtime, scrap rate, and production yield.+ Respond to quality, process, production, and maintenance trends to meet KPI targets.+ Continuously develop facility strategy for capital investment, manpower needs, and cost-reduction.+ Interact daily with site leadership at other Koppers facilities to address any issues.+ Coordinate daily with Safety, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Maintenance, and Engineering.
