Lead a team of four salary and ~20 hourly employees to ensure production can safely satisfy the needs of our customers. Annually establish a facility vision and set of goals and coordinate with all teams to move towards those goals.+ Develop employees for professional & personal growth to improve team effectiveness, employee retention, and site culture.+ Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost-reduction initiatives.+ Establish targets for KPIs and work with teams to achieve success.
