Spearheaded the Expansion of the Killstar Brand into Europe as Managing Director for the Berlin based Distribution Center. Successfully opened a bare bones 1500m2 warehouse and made it 100% operational within 2 weeks. Daily management of the Distribution Center and 30+ staff members. Responsible for accurate Inventory management, relationship management with vendors, local carriers and freight forwarders. Shipping in excess of 10k orders per month for both B2C and B2B. Establishing and growing the brand in Europe with local connectivity through D2C and B2B channels. Manage and oversee all Vat, Tax, Customs, EU compliance, payroll and HR activities. Successfully moved warehouse in May 2022 to a larger 3500 m2 warehouse within 7 days and relocated 10k+ SKU´s on 700 pallets. 100% Inventory accuracy for 2021 and 2022 Year end Audits and responsible for Eur 25 Million worth of inventory.
