As the Data Center Lead for Cumming Group, I leverage over 10 years of construction cost management and project controls experience to deliver high-quality, scalable data center solutions on time and within budget. I have a proven track record of leading successful commercial delivery of mission-critical programs and managing teams that support both hyperscale and enterprise clients.As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, my expertise encompasses cost estimating, contract administration, and comprehensive cost and commercial management. These skills have provided me with incredible opportunities, allowing me to work across multiple continents and sectors. I’ve served as an owner’s representative, expert witness, and worked on behalf of contractors, gaining a holistic view of the industry.Now based in the U.S, I find myself immersed in a data center market that’s truly exploding—a sector I believe is integral to modern life. I am passionate about collaboration, innovation, and implementing best practices.
