Chris joined ES & S in 2013, after a long tenure with Cole County Public Works and several years managing projects for a local general contractor. In his time at ES & S, Chris has dealt with all aspects of the firm’s core services, brought a strong new emphasis on assisting clients’ to better manage their pavements, and offers a deep understanding of the interrelationships between the public and private sectors and how they can work together to move projects forward.
