About Chris Wozniak
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a passion for design with a focus on maintenance and reliability. Throughout school I enhanced my education as a part-time Materials Engineer and then Test Engineer at Delphi Corporation in their Fuel Cell division. After graduation I joined the Logan Aluminum team in southern Kentucky where I grew up as a Mechanical Engineer embedded in a Maintenance organization in the Hot Mill for 3 years - design improvements, preventative maintenance and high horsepower drivetrain oversight were all part of my daily responsibilities. Next I joined the Bridgestone team in Nashville TN, first as a Reliability Engineer and ultimately progressing into the Maintenance Standardization Leader role for the company where I was charged with deploying maintenance education and related system tools to support their goals across North and South America. When the time came to chase a dream of working for myself, I opened WAF Engineering with partner Eric Lynch where we provide Mechanical Design services, on-site engineering and 3D scanning services to an array of industries.
