Geotechnical Engineer with over 20 years of project-related experience throughout the continental United States, as well as Central and Southern Asia. My experience includes development and supervision of subsurface investigations; installation and monitoring of geotechnical instrumentation; design of shallow and deep foundation systems; evaluation of earth slope stability; design of retaining walls; design of ground improvement programs; preparation of geotechnical engineering reports and recommendations, and extensive construction oversight. More recently, as a dynamic compaction contractor, my work has focused solely on the design and implementation of ground improvement programs for jobs throughout the United States, as well as technical review of projects worldwide. Current responsibilities include long-term client development, oversight of technical workplans, project management, and engineering evaluation of on-going ground improvement work, and overall oversight of all corporate R&D and IT functions. Additionally, Mr. Woods is presently active in a consulting role with several projects around the world, and is part of the management team presently working to expand Densification, Inc.\'s geographic reach.
