First and foremost, I love retail. Retail is an amazing industry that drives innovation, customer experience, growth and results. In retail there is no better organization in the world that brings it all together than The Home Depot, which I have been blessed to be a part of since 1998. Over the past two decades, I have had the opportunity to lead many great teams, which I have learned from along the way. My career with my Orange Blooded Family started with pushing carts and helping customers load, however it has turned into something more than I could have ever imagined in my wildest dreams. Since 2001, I have had the opportunity to be an associate, Department Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, District Manager, Regional Merchandising Manager and Field Divisional Merchandising Manger. I currently lead a Team of the most talented individuals with the greatest experience and minds in retail. The future is bright and full of possibilities. Being a lifelong learner; I have pursued and completed my Bachelors Degree, majoring in Professional Retail Management. Most recently I completed my Masters Degree program in Organizational Leadership, which focused on the areas of business that I Love. I am passionate about Transformational Leadership, Teamwork, Innovation, Delivering Results, Giving Back, Mentoring, Community Service and Involvement in others.
