I create and sustain a high performing culture that puts people first by promoting, articulating, and strengthening commitment to corporate purpose and core values. As a leader, I make difficult decisions. By guiding change and transformation with care, I make even the most challenging choices a win for every stakeholder. Examples include: Guiding the people integration and mutual cooperation of 4 large organizations under private equity ownership, including creation and promulgation of combined company purpose and values. Leading three reorganizations with respect, transparency, and clarity to ensure that affected employees felt as cared for when they left as they did when they joined the company. Spearheading diversity and inclusion education and practices to champion the inclusiveness of all people in a faith-based organization. Bringing a major consumer class action to a win-win resolution for all parties, including consumers.Launching multiple leadership development initiatives creating enterprise value and employee engagement in both the corporate and non-profit sector. To achieve high engagement, low turnover, and unwavering trust in leadership, I pioneer investments in people aligned with a company’s core values: health and wellness programs, enhanced outplacement services, leadership development, and many more. I harness this powerful culture to reduce risk and unnecessary conflict, promote accountability, and develop purpose-driven leadership teams who inspire exceptional performance and build trust.I also established, co-developed, and taught leadership programs at Southern Methodist University Simmons School of Education and Human Development, Cox School of Business, Dedman School of Law, and other organizations to engage and develop purpose-driven leaders.
