With a distinguished background as a Senior Criminal Investigator, Chris has led complex police investigations involving homicides, extortion, arson, drug trafficking, organized crime, human trafficking and human smuggling with specialized expertise in K-9 handling, undercover operations, covert operations, surveillance, source and agent recruiting and handling, and critical incident response and active shooter scenarios. Chris led the development and implementation of the RCMP\'s Inadmissible Patron Policy targeting members of organized crime groups and gangs that pose a real time threat to public safety. His career has included extensive collaboration with both domestic and international law enforcement agencies, where he has also served as an instructor in investigative techniques and interagency coordination. Chris is known for his strategic acumen in project management, personal and physical security, government relations, and recruitment. Today, Chris is focused on leveraging his diverse experience to drive meaningful impact in the public and healthcare sectors. His current efforts are deeply rooted in advancing solutions for the opioid crisis, supporting first responders and Veterans, addressing First Nations concerns, advocating for prison reform, and enhancing patient care through innovative, tech-enabled health systems designed to improve compliance and outcomes.
