ABOUT CHRIS WILLIAMS

For over 25 years I have demonstrated a hunger for success in the field of operational excellence through people, in particular developing succinct training and development teams in support of organisational key objectives. I support training organisations to ensure they have the key core skills, competencies and professional agility ensuring that a best in business approach is achieved. I have successfully developed operational learning interventions to deliver against key business objectives, and effectively managed a series of training initiatives and key drivers such as developing strategic people capabilities, frameworks to support people and operational initiatives. A key element of my career is developing Centres of Excellence, delivering against organisational people directives, evaluating such training interventions throughout, measuring the impact and transfer of learning / training into clear tangible indicators.I have supported numerous organisations to achieve Centre of Excellence accreditation from awarding bodies. Exceeding expectations from customer, industry, quality and health and safety drives me to ensure that a world class approach is always at the forefront of any deliverable. Supporting Learning & Development initiatives for 263 UK companies as Chair of the Education Committee for British Metal Recyclers leading on sector specific initiatives instilling best practice and standardisation throughout.Apprenticeship Ambassador for the North West.
