My teams role is to provide Estates Resilience services to public sector as well as private sector partners and clients. I lead multi-disciplinary projects and provide strategic property advice on high level Regeneration and Strategy projects as well as provide management, acquisition and disposal of property interests.Services provided but not limited to:Asset Valuations - I lead on Asset Valuations for a number of Local Authorities in England on a range of operational, non operational and investment properties. This includes Housing Stock valuations for accounts and finance purposesSpecialist valuation advice - I provide valuation and feasibility advice on potential development sites to bring forward development projectsViability Appraisals - My team is delivering expert viability appraisal advice to a number of Local Planning Authorities across England ensuring they maximise planning contributionsRegeneration and Development Consultancy - I deliver advice to Local Authority clients on evidence base for Masterplans as well as strategic acquisition and CPO advice through to delivery of schemes and viability. Funding on Development sites - our team provides various funding streams for sites and I assist in administering the One Public Estate in the North East which has successfully allocated Brownfield land funds to Local Authorities.Utilities and Telecoms - I act for Landowners as an expert in advice against utility and telecoms providers to ensure their rights are protected when land is required via acquisition, leasehold, wayleave or telecoms agreements under code rights.General Estates Resilience - Our team provides general practice property advice on Landlord and Tenant, Valuation, Agency, Property Management and other estates matters to Local Authorities and other Public Sector bodies who are struggling to resource existing workloads.
