ABOUT CHRIS WILKINS

I\'m a people first organisational change and business transformation professional who has held a number of senior leadership roles with many years of experience of delivering lasting and impactful change. I bring a wealth of international experience having worked across the globe in complex and cross matrix and functional teams and have delivered change at scale.My experience covers the delivery and implementation of organisational design changes, new systems implementations, changes to processes, vendor offshoring and outsourcing and the design and delivery of new ways of working. I love the challenge of finding a solution to a problem and using change management to solve it in the most effective and empathetic way that develops people.As a certified change practitioner my skills and experience cover all aspects of change management and I regularly work at both C-Suite level and with staff across the board.
