Senior Project Manager | Construction & Exhibition Specialist | Ex-Royal Engineers I am a highly motivated and self-sufficient professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 23 years in the construction and exhibition industries. My foundation was built during 7 years of service with the British Army’s Royal Engineers (9 Parachute Squadron), where I developed a results-driven mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of operational excellence.Following my military career, I spent several years as a tradesman, working my way up from welder/fabricator to leadership roles. This hands-on experience provided me with deep technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills, which became the backbone of my progression to Contracts Manager, where I successfully ran construction sites uk wide with project values up to £25 million.Today, I manage complex, multi-stand exhibition projects across the globe, often leading teams of over 200 on-site personnel under high-pressure deadlines. My journey from the ground up allows me to connect seamlessly with both shop floor teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
