As the Founder and CEO of Overtime Athletics (OTA), I’ve spent the past two decades building one of the nation’s leading youth program providers—now reaching over children each year. In 2017, I launched the OTA franchise model to empower passionate entrepreneurs to build meaningful businesses in youth sports and enrichment programming. Since then, OTA has been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as a Top Franchise every year from 2019 to 2026—an ongoing reflection of our commitment to quality, innovation, and community impact.To further support our franchisees and youth program leaders, we developed Overtime Management LLC—a purpose-built software platform that simplifies and strengthens operations for youth programs. It’s a powerful tool designed to help program operators grow efficiently while delivering exceptional experiences to the families they serve.

   Since 2003, I have transformed Overtime Athletics (OTA) from a local sports program into a thriving international franchise empire. Starting in my 20s, I dedicated myself to connecting with and serving our customers, which has cultivated invaluable business and leadership skills. Guiding over 50 franchise owners to achieve profitability and sustained momentum has validated my approach to leadership, coaching, and developing other leaders.As the co-founder of Overtime Franchise LLC, the franchisor for Overtime Athletics, I have overseen the growth of a company that uses multi-sport programs to benefit children aged 3-14 years physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our programs introduce the fundamentals of 20 different sports—ranging from soccer and hockey to tennis, basketball, lacrosse, and more—in a non-competitive environment. Children in Overtime Athletics routinely gain greater confidence and learn to combine fitness with fun.I am deeply passionate about people and take great joy in celebrating their individuality. The fact that several Overtime Athletics franchise owners have expanded to own multiple franchises speaks to the profitability, fulfillment, and happiness within our network.
