I lead corporate development and regional strategy at Axis, overseeing M&A, financial performance, governance, and growth across Edmonton and the broader Alberta market. My focus is building strong teams, driving disciplined execution, and creating long-term value through strategic expansion and operational excellence.I began my career in public accounting, developing a foundation in financial analysis and risk advisory before moving into the insurance brokerage industry. As Partner and President of Treasures Insurance, I led strategic planning, financial oversight, and long-term growth, culminating in the firm’s transition to Axis.Today, my work centers on evaluating and integrating acquisitions, strengthening regional performance, and supporting teams in delivering consistent, high-quality client service. I take a structured, long-term approach to growth that balances opportunity with governance and accountability.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University and designations as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP).I remain active in the community, having served on boards including Kids Up Front and IDEA, supporting Canadian Blood Services, and hosting an annual charity slo-pitch tournament in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
