Extensive experience providing tax advice to organizations expanding into the Canadian market from abroad and assisting those companies develop inbound ownership and financing structures and identify the income tax, indirect tax, payroll and other compliance obligations that can arise when operating in Canada. My team provides provisioning and compliance services, consulting services related to corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and the tax implications of various domestic and international transactions.
