By spearheading initiatives to expand our reach and influence, I strive to make Jorvik Radio an indispensable part of our community.Financial sustainability is a priority, and I develop and manage our budget, identifying funding opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.I represent Jorvik Radio to external stakeholders, building relationships with community organisations, businesses, and listeners. Through community outreach and engagement initiatives, I enhance our station\'s presence and impact.I ensure our programming is diverse, relevant, and of high quality, meeting the needs and interests of our listeners. Overseeing content creation and curation, I adhere to editorial standards while fostering innovation in programming and exploring new content delivery platforms.Marketing and promotion are key aspects of my role. I develop strategies to increase our listenership and brand awareness, coordinating promotional events and activities to engage with our audience. Utilising social media and digital platforms, I enhance our online presence.With leadership experience in broadcasting and media, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and financial acumen, I drive Jorvik Radio\'s success.
