I am a qualified quantity surveyor, chartered taxation surveyor and I have specialised in Capital Allowances for over 22 years.I have extensive experience in the tax planning, optimisation solutions, template & portal development, delivery, negotiation and agreement of Capital Allowances and Land Remediation Relief claims and elections with HM Revenue & Customs. Experienced in all property transaction types across a wide-ranging sector base, I work with a number of ‘blue chip’ clients including telecommunications providers, investment and retail banks, a leading UK retailer, a leading student accommodation provider, a leading research-based pharmaceutical company, the leading oilfield services provider and commercial developers.I continue to develop taxation and asset depreciation manuals,\'green technology\' and tax credit planning systems, tax benchmarking and KPIs. In addition I develop bespoke property construction and acquisition templates and reports.
