Transportation operations leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO), Traffic Incident Management (TIM), and technology-driven safety initiatives across a complex, multi-state region. I bring a steady, collaborative, and results-focused approach to helping public agencies and partners turn planning and policy into practical, real-world operational outcomes.My work centers on implementation and coordination—supporting multi-agency programs involving state DOTs, counties, municipalities, emergency responders, and private-sector partners. I am widely known as a trusted subject matter expert in TIM and regional operations, with extensive experience facilitating cross-disciplinary groups, resolving institutional challenges, and strengthening interagency relationships.I have led and supported a range of operations-focused initiatives, including digital alerting and connected-vehicle safety applications, regional signal retiming programs, multimodal information sharing, and long-standing transportation operations forums. I am particularly interested in helping agencies prepare for emerging technologies, including EV response, connected and automated vehicles, and other data-driven operational tools, in ways that are practical, scalable, and aligned with existing systems.In addition to my professional role, I have been deeply involved in industry leadership, including serving multiple elected terms as President of the ITS New Jersey Board of Directors and ongoing national engagement through ITS America’s State Chapter Council. I am motivated by collaboration, thoughtful delivery, and long-term partnerships that improve safety, reliability, and performance across the transportation system.
