Provide direct CRM training and troubleshooting support for regional staff and new employees.Maintain, manage, and analyze quotes and sales pipeline in D365 CRM.Participate in weekly KPI meetings with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and monthly sales plan reviews with senior leadership.Facilitate vendor setup, Sarplan management, and sales team logistics including travel and meeting schedules.Assist KAMs and tendering team with RFQsOversee compliance management systems: ISN, Avetta, SAM.gov, etc.Support pre-qualification processes and award project bids across regional sites.Review of MSAs.Reports directly to Managing Director and VP of Business Development.
