Currently developing my skills and applying my knowledge through a marketing/events internship with Canada\'s PREMIER eSports organization, OverActive Media.Over the course of my studies, I have developed very strong interpersonal skills, enjoy collaboration and working in teams, as well as using my interests in the marketing industry to maximize my potential.In my previous internship with Laurentian University as the Program Coordinator for Residence, I achieved many of my initial goals. These goals include:Spearheading the fundraising team for our annual \"Airbandz\" event, which led to fundraising for the Northern Cancer Foundation, a new Laurentian record!Increasing overall attendance to residence-run events by approximately 30%-40%.Building very strong connections with other members of the Residence Life team, building a trust between us that was crucial in being successful in my role.I have used these experiences to develop my skills as well as grow as an individual. I have a strong passion for fan engagement, marketing, and event management; and I am confident that I will use this passion to drive my career into the sports industry.I look forward to connecting with you all!
