30 Years+ IT experience with over 23 years in the finance sector. I have been responsible for the design and support of Target’s main application infrastructure that has enabled Target to grow so that now over 50 major financial institutions across the UK, Australia and New Zealand rely on Target to manage their lending, investment and insurance portfolios. Over £24bn of assets are serviced on Target’s systems with over 18 million accounts under management.Current role involves being a member of the SLT reporting into the CTO, leading a team of Solution architects both onshore and offshore responsible for the creation of a technical strategy to support the digitisation of Target\'s product suite. This involves working with my peers to ensure all areas of the SDLC are considered. Alongside this I am the Enterprise Architect providing Pre-Sales support, performing sales demonstrations, responding to RFI/RFP’s and then leading workshops during initiation and discovery of new projects.Over the last 8 years I have been involved in all of the major projects undertaken by Target. This has involvedPre – Sales consultancy and presentationsProduction of High Level Designs Presenting new solutions to aid with internal estimatingTechnical Project Management of Implementation tasksConsultancy Example are:• Project Aston: Business transition project for a UK based loan provider into Target’s BPO offering, migrating in excess of accounts onto Target’s Loan Account Management platform. • Project Kennedy: Infrastructure upgrade project to ensure that one of Target’s Managed Service clients business operation would be well positioned to achieve its growth strategy in the coming years. • Project Xavi: Government Direct Debit processing project for the payment of vehicle road tax. The project went live within 6 months and provides £8m to £9m of revenue to Target per annum.• Project Palmer: Business transition project for a UK based loan provider, migrating in excess of accounts onto Target’s Loan Account Management platform.
