I\'ve advanced because I\'m a trustworthy, adaptable leader with strong communication abilities. Excellent port operations expertise with a background in planning and control working with Terminal Operating System which is provided by Navis. TOS consists of an N4 database, XPS, ECN4 and TLS systems, fleetview system via Klamar. Attending IOSH Behavioral science for leadership in safety and lead programs has enabled me to look at projects with a Lean and sustainability approach.
