Program Management Analyst (Labor Category: Project Manager V) Provide program management operations and integration analysis contractual support direct to government Senior Executive Service (SES) Program and Project Managers. Support NASA launch vehicle design efforts as part of Research and Development (R&D) for the Space Launch System (SLS) Program. Provide systems engineering and technical writing support to SLS Program Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) enabling successful completion of programmatic milestone reviews from Mission Concept Review (MCR) through five increments of the ongoing combined Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) Design Certification Review (DCR) and three Key Decision Points (KDP). Manage integration of cross-organization program management products between Program Operations and Strategic Communications Office (POSCO), Program Planning and Cost (PP & C), System Engineering and Integration Office (SEIO), and Engineering Directorate (ED) partners to facilitate Systems Engineering and Integration (SE & I) efforts. Provide data mining and baseline integration traceability analysis reporting of data managed models and engineering data. Write and review policy directives, standards and program agreements documents. Track and report metrics and design maturity. Provided project management integration support to the ARES Project Office (APO) Project Manager and Vehicle Integration (VI) Element Manager and Chief Engineer (CE) on efforts involving the design and development of the ARES I and ARES V launch vehicles through successful launch of the Ares I-X test vehicle and earlier milestone reviews in preparation for Critical Design Review (CDR). Routinely interfaced with executive leadership at the Constellation Program Office (CxP) on reporting of business and technical programmatic metrics including Earned Value Management (EVM) cost and schedule data and variance metrics along with technical performance and risk metrics.
