With three decades of experience across point‑of‑sale technology, payments, and fintech innovation, I’ve built my career at the intersection of complex technical ecosystems and the operational realities of global enterprise brands. Today, I serve as the Senior Director of Platform Services at FreedomPay, where I lead our Professional Services organization and help shape the commercialization strategy for our current and next generation of products and capabilities.Over my 13+ years at FreedomPay, I’ve had the privilege of growing through multiple leadership roles that have given me a 360‑degree view of the customer journey, the tech lifecycle, and the operational frameworks required to scale a global payments platform- Technical Support Leadership (First 5 Years): I began my FreedomPay career by leading our Technical Support department, building the foundation for our service model, elevating support operations, and ensuring our merchants and partners had a trusted technical lifeline as they adopted our platform- Global Installations & Deployments (Next 6 Years): I then transitioned to lead Global Installations and Deployments, overseeing complex, multi‑region rollouts and developing the processes, playbooks, and cross‑functional alignment needed to deliver consistent, high‑quality implementations at scale- Professional Services & Commercialization (Most Recent 2 Years): Today, I leverage my deep understanding of the hospitality and lodging verticals, point of sale (POS) systems, payments, and technical deployment strategy as part of FreedomPay’s Commercialization Team, where I focus on business growth, strategy, services monetization and driving customer and partner success through a mature, scalable Professional Services organization.Across every role, my focus has remained the same: build strong teams, create operational clarity, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients navigating the rapidly evolving world of commerce/payments technology. I’m passionate about bridging technical depth with business strategy and ensuring that every deployment, integration, and service engagement strengthens the customer experience and accelerates FreedomPay’s growth.
