We are an ice cream and frozen novelty company providing products throughout the country. Focused Specialties:Account Management Local, Regional, & National - I have been fortunate to help lead the way and sell in new accounts and manage key accounts such as Am Pm, Six Flags, AMC Theatres, & Sky Zone. Each of these customers not only grew our business together through existing programs but also implemented key new product lines to grow our business together.Supply Chain Management DSD & 3rd Party - Helped lead the way to implement 3rd party distribution for largest key customer in the company portfolio. Managed all aspects of the internal distribution channel and DSD (Direct Store Delivery).Contract Negotiation and Partnerships - Successfully negotiated new agreements with key customers as well as many local and regional customers. Helped finalize key partnership with AMC Theatres and become a partner in their Ring of Honor program. Negotiated new 5 exclusive agreement with am/pm to be the sole provider of all equipment and services. Project Management - Successfully oversaw the AMC Project and Six Flags implementation of the ICEE program. The AMC Project was to install 275 pieces of ICEE equipment within a 3 month time frame nationwide in a total of 165 theaters. Oversaw the implementation of the ICEE program and equipment installations of 178 machines into all Six Flags throughout the country. Training and creating a cohesive work environment for those with me and around me - I have always preached team first and believe in that you put your team and yourself in the best position to succeed and not to fail.Development of People - I have been successful in helping guide numerous employees in getting promoted and moving up the ladder. Equipment - Have a vast knowledge of all types of dispensed beverage equipment, ice makers, frozen equipment, coffee dispensers, water filtration systems, hot food warmers and ovens, ice cream/yogurt equipment, as well as many others.
