Chris is now in his 28th year with the Mace Group, working within the Major Programmes Business Unit. He is currently engaged on the East Bank programme of works at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for London Legacy Development Corporation, where he was drafted in specifically to lead commercial & contractual management of problematic supply chain over three of the East Bank Projects. He has gained extensive experience in varying forms of construction delivery, procurement routes and forms of contract. In all commissions he has brought into and encouraged positive collaboration with all parties, considerate leadership, integrity, a desire to improve upon acclaimed previous successes and consistent, accurate and transparent commercial delivery.Chris has been integral to the successful financial delivery of major complex projects for Blue Chip clients and has focused tailoring the Mace commercial conveyance to the bespoke requirements of Client Teams, but still maintaining the core Mace commercial identity. Remit execution is delivered strategically to suit Client key drivers and at all times with a sense of pride, determination, enthusiasm and with the support of excellent working relationships.
