30 years with Booths as GA, Trainee, Assistant & Store Manager. Having done a two year secondment into Central Operations looking at productivity improvement in stores, I moved into a company wide role as Process & Productivity Manager, looking at end to end process improvement. I spent a period of time working in a Change Manager role, responsible for the programme management of key transformational change projects. Finally I\'ve \'come home\' to labour planning and workforce management. I\'m equally as motivated by the human impact and how we engage with people and get buy in, as I am about getting the process right.
