ABOUT CHRIS TERVIT
For the last 10 year I\'ve been proud to be part of Randstad\'s ever growing and evolving Care division. Up until August 2024 my entire career with Randstad has been as a Specialist within the Social Work sector, but recently I\'ve had the opportunity to diversify my knowledge and skillset by also working closer with multiple Social Care and Nursing Teams based in our Edinburgh office. As a Divisional Director I\'m responsible for the development and implementation of processes and strategies for our Edinburgh based teams covering Scotland, North West & South England. Our teams here oversee the provision of high calibre locum and permanent Qualified Social Workers, Nurses and Care Workers of all levels to clients in the Public, Private, and Third sectors. I\'m passionate about my role in supporting the Care industry as we aim to enhance our clients\' existing staffing pools to ensure first class services continue to be available to the most vulnerable individuals within our communities, whilst being a part of Randstad\'s ambition to become the words most equitable and speacialised talent c••••••••@randstad.co.uk01••••••••91
