I’ve spent nearly three decades at TELCOR building, scaling, and evolving software that powers the financial backbone of diagnostic laboratories. Today, as President of the RCM division, I focus on expanding our SaaS and billing services, while driving product innovations that help labs navigate rising complexity, lower cost-to-collect, and improve financial outcomes.Before stepping into this role, I served as CTO of TELCOR RCM, where I led the architecture and development of our revenue cycle platform. I’ve worked across the lifecycle: product design, development, implementation, support, marketing, and sales.
