ABOUT CHRIS TAURISANO

I am an art director in New York City. My advertising career started aftergraduating from Boston University with a Bachelor degree in Communications in professional career started in the studio, working production in two smaller agenciesin New York City. After two years of production work, I decided to go back to schooland headed to The Creative Circus in Atlanta, Georgia with the intent of becoming anart director. Upon completing the program, I have been fortunate enough to freelancein well known agencies such as Mad Dogs & Englishmen, Grey Worldwide, BBDO Southand Fitzgerald & Company. I have been a permanent employee at RodgersTownsend inSt. Louis where I worked on accounts both regional and national. While there I receivedseveral regional awards and national recognition for a campaign I concepted and artdirected for the Arts & Education Council. I have also been employed at The GateWorldwide here in New York City working on clients such as TD Ameritrade, Swift,United Rentals and State Street Global Advisors. I also worked as an art director atSerino Coyne, an entertainment agency specializing in Broadway theatre. There I wasresponsible for concepting key art for current shows on Broadway along with showsplanning to make their way in the future.Currently, I am an art supervisor at NEON, a healthcare agency. My clients while at Harrison and Star included Genentech and Roche, specializing on drugs in the prevention of skin cancer. I have also worked on a Teva drug which deals with MS for and one for Bayer which treats patients with hemophilia.
