Leading the US Offshore Wind charge in the USA, operating as the country manager for one of the fastest growing sectors in the nation. ERSG is rapidly expanding and now have offices in Boston, Seattle, Orlando, Dublin, Taiwan, Germany, Netherlands and Japan with a London HQ. Holding global framework agreements with the largest wind farm owners, developers and operators in the world; my role is to implement new practices, develop client strategy and work closely with our European partners who are incorporating in the USA, as well as offering expert advice to American companies looking to transition their businesses to the offshore wind sector. A specialist recruiter and business manager, implementing change and strategy management, consulting new and current clients on best practice.
