Senior Director in Value and Risk Team leading the JLL EMEA Specialist Asset Team covering Datacentres, Life Sciences, Film Studios, Arenas, Sports Stadia, Car Parks, real estate infrastructure and complex developments. Extensive experience in valuing variety of commercial property in UK and Europe on behalf of banks, institutions, property companies and major corporate occupiers. I have been involved in valuing commercial property and then more specialist property such as data centres, manufacturing facilities, defence establishments, life science parks and research facilities, the Olympic Park at Stratford in London, Sports Stadia, arenas, film studios, complex regeneration schemes, solar PV and wind farms. I am also actively involved in analysing the impact of sustainability on value.I therefore undertake the more challenging and complex property valuations which has made for a varied and interesting career. I have worked at JLL for over 25 years progressing from Senior Surveyor to Senior Director and enjoyed working with excellent teams at the JLL and for major clients throughout the UK and Europe.
