Engaged on an interim basis on behalf of the Knowledge function, to take ownership and shape a high profile programme of work, delivering IT and business change on a global basis, working with cross-functional teams.• Three key projects in scope, include a new knowledge platform, new intranet and external client collaboration site platform. The programme driven by SharePoint 2016 going out of support in July 2026, forms part wider transformation programme aligned to firm wide strategy.• Quickly built relationships with key contacts across the business, technology and 3rd party suppliers, and developed a feasible delivery plan in-line with business and executive committee expectations.• Reviewed programme governance in place, addressing gaps in risk and issue management, planning and budget monitoring/reporting. Put in place robust senior stakeholder status reporting and decision making processes.• Produced agreed and resourced programme plan aligned to strategic goals. • Planned and ensured execution of more than 20 show and tell feedback sessions shaping the design.• Worked with content management team to migrate 44k documents, archiving 50k items.• Planned and executed pilot, supported by training, eLearning and a global champions network.• Managed cross-functional communications planning and communications delivery.• Built out and executed technical, business and communications plan for all delivery phases, ensuring cross-functional resources, SME’s and supplier were aligned with the planned deliverables.• Successfully launched new knowledge platform in August 2025, with a focus on high-value content and data, intelligent access, and strong governance, to all lawyers, knowledge and research specialists in more than 70 offices in 45 countries.
