ABOUT CHRIS STEVENS
A telecoms professional with extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure programmes, project management, property and estate management. I was responsible for developing and successfully implementing the property strategies for the delivery of T-mobile (EE) and H3G\'s network consolidation programme which commenced in 2009. I am currently responsible for the Property strategies, guidance, acquisition and decommisioning delivery to support EE\'s network integration, EE\'s LTE and H3G\'s LTE programmes. I am currently responsible for managing MBNL\'s Notice to Quit programme, involving the end to end delivery of repacement site coverage, decommissioning and equipment moves across EE and H3G\'s networks. My background is in construction, contract & project management, refurbishment & facilities management as a Chartered Building Surveyor working in private practice and local government. Specialties: Analysing problems and delivering effective solutions, creating & successfully implementing opex initatives and property negotiations. Representing EE & H3G on the Mobile Operators Forum, consulting on changes to the UK Town & Country Planning legislation - successfully proposing and lobbying for changes to expand the Operators permitted development rights in England and Scotland.
