Our staff has over 50 years in the construction industry designing and building projects ranging from simple sheds to multi-million-dollar custom homes while navigating the permit process for over detached garages and 2,800 remodels, additions and new homes valued at over $500MM. Our goal is to educate our customers about detached garages, provide the most cost-effective design solution available and help them make an educated decision on the solution that is right for their situation. Many companies sell detached garages but at Heartland Garage Builders we offer a complete detached garage project that emphasizes a custom solution down to the last detail so we can provide the most value to our clients. Items like gutters & downspouts, landscape restoration, permit fees, and a storage pod are all included so when budgeting for your project there are no hidden costs and you can plan accordingly.
