This role is accountable for all testing services delivery within NZ. This role is accountable for building a relationship with each business segment, working with each segment with portfolio planning and budgets planning, which includes work request prioritisation and tracking, change control governance, forecasting, demand management, strategic service planning, ANZ approvals and signoffs and resolution of escalated issues with service provision. This role is also responsible for vendor management, including managing and owning the governance framework, financial tracking, identifying process improvements and implementing process changes to deliver a more efficient and effective service.
