   I joined Chartwell in 1997 and now lead the firm’s Architectural, Engineering, and Consulting practice. I provide financial advisory services to over 50 clients throughout the United States within this industry sector. A substantial portion of my work relates to Employee Stock Ownership Plans and providing independent financial advisory services to ESOP Trustees and other corporate fiduciaries.I am an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), where I am responsible for the development of the Financial Tracks for ACEC’s two annual conferences. I also serve on the Advisory Committee for Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA). I am an active member of The ESOP Association, where I previously served on the Finance Advisory Committee and I am also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership. I am a Registered Representative of CCS Transactions, LLC and hold FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses. I am also designated as an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation by the American Society of Appraisers and have previously served as an officer of the local chapter of the ASA. I am a frequent speaker for employee and professional groups, boards of directors, and ESOP Trustees. I am also a regular presenter to national trade associations on a variety of topics including capital structures, ESOPs, M&A, ownership transition, and valuation issues.
