Experience across various sectors in FTSE100 & FTSE250 companies with significant corporate occupier and building management experience. CIWFM, MCABE, CBuildE, AIIRSM, TechIOSH. Strong collaborative skills and with an extensive network of CRE and FM contacts, focusing on asset management and day to day FM including business critical infrastructure. Significant achievements include- search and acquisition of new properties including board proposals and stakeholder engagement- executed property transactions in UK, US, Canada, South Africa and the Middle East- achieved over £500k savings in CRE and FM in 2019- overseen several FM core service tender and mobilisation processes- drafted and implemented a Global Office Design Guide- steered dilapidations negotiations achieving considerable cost savings against initial claims- secured significant savings through recovery of historic business rates (>£200k)- managed the restructuring of an FM department so that service delivery was better aligned to stakeholder expectations- implemented new processes to make real estate management leaner and more accurate- project managed M&E engineering projects including a £1.5m tri-gen CHP power generating plant and a £200k ice tank cooling system- project managed design, installation and testing of a business critical SCADA PLC control system- introduced new helpdesk services to leverage better control and therefore more efficient task resolution for stakeholders- installed chilled water cooling system for trading floor comms room- achieved in excess of 10% operational cost savings- delivered in excess of 25 fit-out projects including a 800 person re-stack programme- scoped and installed a building monitoring system to measure key metrics (eg: comms room temperatures) and engage automatic load shedding when power exceed restricted demand in a critical environment- delivered numerous office layout options for consideration by key stakeholders to make more efficient use of spatial resources and drive down cost per head ratios- produced a staff induction film for move of 800 staff to new HQ building, including subsequent induction presentations- implemented revised post and print services to achieve same levels of service for reduced costs- rolled out intranet based global health and safety management system.
